PROVIDED A WHEELCHAIR

Children with cerebral palsy cannot always move freely, so we started donating for projects to give these children greater mobility, more independence and freedom. Also, we would like to give them a chance to actively participate in the community and enjoy a more wholesome and fulfilling life.
With the support of our donors, we were able to bless beautiful Survana with a wheel chair. Survarna lives is Kalmunai district of Batticaloa, Sri Lanka with her parents and their income is below the poverty line.
Survana's mother, who had been looking after her over the last 15 years with great difficulties, now been able to have some physical freedom. The wheelchair ICI provided is helping Survarna to become more mobile and independent.
We believe, Children with physical disabilities are children first, like all children. They also need opportunities to make choices and do things for themselves, within the limits of their ability.
The family is so grateful for ICI and its donors. There are many children like Survana, and if you like to provide for their betterman, you can do so by making a one off or regular tax deductible donation.
