Prayer is powerful and effective. In fact, it is an important way you can help us fight the injustice of poverty. Christ taught, “When you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men … but when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your father who is unseen.”

We would love to have your involvement. There are many ways to volunteer with ICI. We are always in need of enthusiastic volunteers. You can become an ICI advocate for children as well. We can work with you to help provide opportunities for you to speak up and act on behalf of children. You might also like to consider becoming an ICI Prayer Partner to support our work through intentional prayer.
