IN MEXICO, CARING FOR CHILDREN

Mexico is a developing nation with no real form of childcare. Because of the drastic decline of the peso, many families are no longer able to survive on the father’s salary alone. This is forcing mothers into the workforce at a fast pace, and their children in turn become victims.

We are partnering with open Arms Mexico to find solution to the brokenness of families. Open Arms Mexico is a Christ-centered community organisation fighting to keep families together by  preventing the abandonment of children to orphanages or the streets. Together with the open arms team, we provide a safe refuge for children during the day, focus on education, and give support and resources to the most at risk and vulnerable families.

Our preventative and sustainable solutions, reaching to the root of the problem rather than solely combating the symptoms, to destroy cycles of abandonment and separation and bring these families into the loving arms of Christ..

Open Arms does not recieve any government funding and operates soley off the generosity of individuals, private businesses, and church partners through donations and child sponsorship.
